===Biography===
Takashi Kuge is a Jazz Drummer/Musician based in Osaka/Japan.
Producer of “Osaka Jazz Channel” available on YouTube.
Half Japanese, half Malaysian-Chinese and was born in Hong Kong, raised in Singapore.
Throughout 2015 to 2020, he was chosen to play as the regular band drummer for “Pacific Venus” – a luxury cruise ship owned by Japan Cruise Line. Ltd. (Travelled to Russia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Bali Islands, Philippines, India, Thailand, and many more including domestic ports…)
Throughout 2012-2019, he also performed as a percussionist/performer at a theme park known as “USJ” for parades and shows in front of thousands of guests.
In November 2018, he was selected member for recording of “Buddies” – a jazz CD that was produced by a jazz bar in Osaka/Japan and exclusively recorded at Bunker Studios in Brooklyn/New York.(Available on iTunes)
Since October 2020, he has been organizing “Jazz at the Parlor” – a monthly jazz live/video shoot at Brooklyn Parlor, Osaka. (Videos available on YouTube – Osaka Jazz Channel)
In 2022, he has been organizing a monthly event for the 25th anniversary jazz event monthly at The Ritz-Carlton Osaka.

13年間を香港、5年間をシンガポールで過ごし、現在は大阪を拠点に活動中
早稲田大学系属早稲田渋谷シンガポール校卒業
Berklee音楽大学提携校甲陽音楽学院コンテンポラリーミュージック専攻ドラム科卒業
TOEICテスト 900点取得
テレビ出演(NHK, サンテレビetc…)、豪華客船のクルーズ演奏、ジャズフェスティバルやコンサート、ホテルのディナーショー、ラジオ出演など数多くのステージで活動 (写真1) (写真2)
2018年11月北新地Jazz Bar Buddiesの選抜メンバーとしてNew York, BrooklynのBunker StudiosにてCD｢Buddies｣のレコーディングに参加

2016年8月には猪名川ジャズピクニックにアゼリア・ジャズ・オーケストラのメンバーとして出演・2014年11月屋久島クルーズ

・2020年1月『ゆったりアジアクルーズ2020』
(台湾・基隆、フィリピン・マニラ、タイ・レムチャバン、ベトナム・フーコック島、バイチャイ、ダナン、他国内寄港有り)など、数多くのクルーズツアーで豪華客船『ぱしふぃっくびいなす』のレギュラーバンドとして乗船、ジャズライブのメインショーや夜のダンスタイムのステージで演奏、様々な国を巡る

2017年5月12日, 11月10日NHK神戸放送局生放送番組にて演奏 (写真)
2019年9月舞台「僕の兄貴はテディ・ベア」テーマ曲の英詞作詞に携わる
2019年11月2日より神戸市博物館にて放映された演奏映像、NHKの撮影(8K,VR)に出演
2020年7月より YouTube『Osaka Jazz Channel』を企画・公開
2022年5月より、The Ritz-Carlton Osakaの25周年を記念した”Jazz at the Lobby Lounge”のディナーライブを毎月バンドリーダーとして開催
大阪・心斎橋『Brooklyn Parlor Osaka』にて毎月”Jazz @ the Parlor”を主催
